Temporary geo-blocking restrictions in the United States and Canada

Over the past few days, we have been relentlessly targeted by bots. These bots aren't interested in the great music we have to offer! But rather they are trying to farm information from our station to be used by AI assistants. The vast majority of these bots are from North America, so, in order to try and counter this abuse of our station, we are temporarily geo-blocked in the United States and Canada until further notice. This post will be updated once the restrictions have been lifted. We sincerely apologise to our listeners in the United States and Canada and we are grateful for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE 14/05/2026: Geo-blocking restrictions have now ended! Listeners in the US and Canada can now enjoy Magenta Radio as normal. We thank you again for your patience and understanding.
