10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference to not have data about your online browsing activities monitored or collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted in future that we must comply with, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Australia and New Zealand

We collect and process your information under the obligations of Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. This privacy policy satisfies the requirements defined in both Acts, in particular, what personal information we collect from you, from which sources, for which purposes and any other recipients of personal information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal information necessary to fulfil their applicable purpose, it may affect our ability to provide our Service, especially:
